Good Morning
Morgandale Homeowners and Residents,
As you may
be aware, we are expecting mild temperatures with rain this morning however
high winds, thunderstorms and possibly worse conditions can present themselves
this afternoon into this evening. In my drive through this weekend and
this morning, I notice many of you have your patio umbrellas, chairs, tables
and planters on your porches. These items can easily become airborne if
conditions present themselves. We urge you to remove these items as soon
as possible this morning and to always monitor the local weather reports for
further updates. Additionally, you will notice the staff is removing the
winter flags this morning, first to prevent them from being damaged in these
high winds and also to prepare for installing our spring flags.
We care
about all of you so very much, please secure your outdoor belongings and use
caution today and be mindful of weather conditions.
