Morgandale Homeowners and Residents!
Thank you to
those of you who have reached out to us, looking for the 2026 Census and Pool
Waiver. As we stated on the front page of the March Morgandale
Connection, these documents will be distributed in April. We are taking a
focused approach this year because we asked everyone to respond to the survey
(thank you!), and we are asking all of you to vote in the Morgandale Annual
Election by April 7th (thank you!). Sending out the census and waiver
now only confuses matters and delays the process.
Please
expect your 2026 Census and Pool Waiver starting the week of April 13th. We
will not utilize the Census Form on the website this year. We request
all responses be in paper or via email and that both documents be completed
together. We will send these documents to all homeowners, as landlords
must complete the information before asking their tenants to complete the form.
These documents will then generate the pool band distribution.
In prior
years the process was chaotic. Please give us the opportunity to avoid
this!
