Dear Resident:
I wanted to address an issue that
has come to our attention recently. While our neighborhood is known for its
close-knit atmosphere and friendly neighbors, we have noticed a growing concern
regarding ball playing in the streets and in front of homes and the lack of
cleanliness afterward, mostly in Mulberry and Devonshire Courts.
I would like to emphasize that
our community values the safety and well-being of all its Residents. With that
in mind, it is crucial that we address the practice of playing with balls in
the streets and close to homes. While we encourage physical activity and
outdoor play, doing so on the streets and near the homes poses a significant
risk to the safety of our children, pedestrians, and even drivers. It can also
lead to damages to the homes.
Therefore, I kindly request that
all Residents follow the Rules and Regulations of the Association and refrain
from allowing children to play with balls in the streets and close to the homes.
Instead, we encourage the use of our tot lot (black-top area) or in the wide-open
grassy areas.
Furthermore, it has come to our
attention that after playtime, there has been an issue with toys and litter
left behind. This not only diminishes the beauty of our community but also
negatively affects the environment. We must all take responsibility for keeping
the cleanliness of our neighborhood. Please pick up toys, dispose of trash
properly, and be considerate of others who use the area.
