In our ongoing commitment to maintaining and enhancing the quality of life within Morgandale Condominium, the Council for Morgandale has decided to adjust the one-time capital contribution for new home buyers, from $1,250 to $1,500, effective January 1, 2024. This strategic decision will further strengthen our community's financial foundation and enable us to address future needs effectively.
