Dear Morgandale Residents:
It
is that time of year again for each Morgandale Homeowner to submit an updated
Census Form to the Association. There
are several reasons why we ask for this information every year. Our primary reason is to have your important
contact information easily accessible for Management and/or First Responders in
case of an emergency. This information
is safe with us and will not be shared with anyone. On a lighter note, we are thinking about the
summer season approaching and distributing pool bands to those who submitted their
Census Form. Pool bands will be
delivered the week of May 6th.
Off-site Homeowners need to pick up their bands at the office.
The back page of the Census Form is asking Residents to
check the boxes next to the inspections that were completed in the past one to two
years, whichever year applies. Please
send us an e-mail with any related paperwork when your inspections are done. These inspections do not have to be submitted
with the Census Form. If you have already done so recently, thank you!
The Census Form can be
conveniently filled out online. Just go
to the Morgandale Website at www.morgandalecondo.com,
log in, and then go to the menu that reads ‘Forms – Electronic’. Please complete the Morgandale Homeowner
Census Form no later than April 12, 2024.
Homeowners are
responsible to submit the Census Form; therefore, if you are a Tenant,please contact your Landlord to ensure that this form is submitted.
You can still submit the attached
paper 2024 Census Form, which again must be submitted to the Management Office
no later than April 12, 2024. Please scroll down to the bottom of this e-mail and click on 'Download File Now' to retrieve your paper copy.
We
appreciate your cooperation in the completion and timely submittal of the Census
