Re: Association Master Insurance Policy Deductible
Dear Homeowner:
I hope
you are well today.
I am
writing to inform you of a significant change in our Association's Master
Insurance Policy. Due to a rise in insurance claims, the deductible for the
policy will increase from $10,000 to $30,000, effective May 1, 2024. For
detailed information, please refer to the attached letter from our insurance
broker, Brown and Brown, specifically page two under 'Homeowner’s Insurance'.
It is
imperative that you forward this letter to your insurance agent before May 1,
2024, to ensure that you have adequate coverage for the Association’s new
$30,000 deductible.
