Dear Residents:
Due
to the complaints we have received regarding ball playing in the swimming pool,
the Council for Morgandale has decided to prohibit the use of balls in the
pool. This decision was not made lightly. Our primary concern is the safety and
well-being of everyone who enjoys the pool.
The
use of balls in the pool has led to several incidents where swimmers have been
accidentally hit or startled, increasing the risk of injury. Additionally, the
presence of balls can obstruct lifeguards' view, making it more difficult to
monitor the pool effectively and respond quickly to any emergencies.
We
understand that this may be disappointing to some members who enjoy playing
ball games in the pool, but we believe this measure is necessary to maintain a
safe and enjoyable environment for all.
We
appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this new rule.
