SHOVELERS
$18 PER
HOUR CASH – PLUS BONUS
Morgandale is looking for snow shovelers, $18 per hour cash. There
is no application process, just a copy of your driver’s license or school ID
will do. However, individuals between
the ages of 14 and 17 are required by Pennsylvania School Law to secure an
Employment Certificate, known as ‘Working Papers’, before they begin work.

Shoveler Bonus Structure
1. If a shoveler shows up on time and stays until the
job is done that day, a $18 WaWa gift card is given in addition to his/her cash
pay.
2. If a shoveler works all the snow storms (excluding
the necessary school days), from start to finish, a $50 WaWa gift card will be
given at the end of the season.
3. If a shoveler shows an act of kindness to a
Resident and a compliment is reported to the office, a $15 WaWa gift card is
given (one per storm).
