Dear Morgandale Residents:
It is time once again for all
Morgandale Homeowners to submit an updated Census Form to the Association. This
year, in order to receive your pool bands, you must also sign and return the
attached Release of Liability form.
We require this information
annually for several reasons. Primarily, it ensures that Management and First
Responders have quick access to your essential contact details in case of an
emergency. Please be assured that this information will remain confidential and
will not be shared. Additionally, with summer approaching, we are preparing to
distribute pool bands to Homeowners who submit both the Census Form and the
Release of Liability form. Pool bands will be delivered during the week of May
5th. Off-site Owners must pick up their bands at the office.
On the back page of the Census
Form, there is a section for Homeowners to indicate which inspections have been
completed within the past one to two years. Please email any related
documentation to us once your inspections are done; however, these do not need
to be submitted with the Census Form.
Important
Pool Band Information
To receive pool bands, you
must return both the Census Form and the signed Release of Liability form. If
the Release of Liability form is missing, Management will return your Census
Form to you. Under the new ‘Swim at Your Own Risk’ policy, lifeguards will not
be present at the pool. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, Residents
must sign and submit the Release of Liability form along with the Census Form.
Once both forms are received, pool bands will be issued during the week of May
5th. Pool Attendants will monitor the gate and check for bands.
Submitting
Your Census Form
The Census Form can be
completed online by visiting www.morgandalecondo.com. Log in and navigate to
the ‘Forms – Electronic’ section. Please note that you must agree to the Release of Liability section on the e-form to submit it successfully.
If you do not have internet
access, you may complete and return the attached paper form to the Management
Office by April 1, 2025.
