Good Day Morgandale Homeowners and Residents,
Please be advised Spring Inspections will commence in
earnest this week. Although Management is on site daily for various project
and other inspections, a court by court inspection will be
conducted. This is your opportunity please to tidy up your front
porch and back patio areas! Primarily, we are looking for winter
items like shovels to be stored away, in addition to empty planters and other
items outside that need to be discarded or cleaned up.
Additional items will be related to the condition of your storm door, if
applicable, and also the condition of your patio area and privacy
fence.
We are putting together a rotation of painting to include
the front door and shutters in each court. These will be visually
inspected however we do have a rotation schedule and will be commencing with
this in house painting in the late spring and through the summer, as weather
permits.
