form for the Adult Pool Party, which is to be held on Friday evening August 1,
2025 from 7 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. Please complete this form and
return it to [email protected] to
include the number of guests and what you plan to bring as a dessert.
Please be sure to wear your pool
bands. If you do not have pool bands, you will be required to complete
the waiver form at this event's sign in table. The band or the waiver are
required whether you plan to swim or not. Due to our new 'Swim at
Your Own Risk' platform, we cannot admit you without a band or a completed
waiver. Thank you for your cooperation!
The
event starts at 7:00 p.m. therefore please do not arrive before then as the gates
will be closed. Thank you!
