Afternoon Morgandale Homeowners and Residents,

It was
reported to Management this morning, on Saturday evening sports equipment for
hockey and baseball was inadvertently left on the playground near the swings.
 When the young man realized he left the equipment there overnight, he
went to retrieve those items and found they were broken and damaged beyond
repair.   We are in the process of investigating the individuals who were
seen in the area.  If you are aware of individuals who may be
responsible for this damage to personal property, please contact me directly by
