Afternoon Morgandale Homeowners and Residents,

Due to the
high winds we experienced this week, two tree limbs were identified as in need
of removal.  Our staff was able to retrieve one of them, however the other
is too high for our equipment.  The limb is attached but is visible.
 We have placed a safety 'cone' under the tree until our vendor
Davey Tree can come out to remove the limb.  We have sent an urgent
message for their response.

Please use
caution if you are in the area of Fairbourne Court until further notice and
thank you for your understanding!
