Good Afternoon Pennland Court and
Neighbors,

Please accept our sincere apology for
the length of time this latest street light repair has taken.   We have
found a solution to several of the outages however the wiring to the Pennland
Court lights were run under a concrete slab making the repair more involved.  
We have been assured by Bergey's Electric they know the problem and will return
tomorrow to make the repair.

For tonight I recommend everyone
leave their front porch lights on all night and overnight for safety.

Again, we thank you for your patience
as we work through an aging lighting system with no diagrams of where wiring is
located.
