The January 2026 Newsletter cannot be uploaded to the
Morgandale website due to the size of the document and the limitations of the
website in general. To review the January 2026 Newsletter on line,
please register for TownSq by searching:
App.TownSq.io/login
This will take you to the place to register, if you have not
done so already. You will need to utilize your Associa Account Number,
located on your monthly reminder statement. You will set your own
password and will be able to access all of the documents available to
Morgandale homeowners and residents. If you have difficulty
registering please contact us in the Management Office by dialing 215-368-6350.
If you are unable to register for TownSq, we will have a
limited supply of newsletters available at the Management Office. To
avoid you having to climb the stairs, we will place them on the counter, just
inside the front door.
