Good Morning
Morgandale Homeowners and Residents,
As we
continue to clean up from the two day storm which occurred last weekend here
are a few points:
If you must
be outside for an extended time, dress in layers.
Open your
cabinet doors under sinks to allow warmer air to circulate.
Ensure
windows and doors are tightly closed.
Know where
you main water shut off valve is located inside your home.
Power
outages are possible - ensure your electronic devices are fully charged at all
times.
During snow
removal, please relocate your vehicle when you see one of the Morgandale trucks
in your court. With 32 courts and the main drive, you cannot predict when
the truck will enter your court; however, that is the time to move your vehicle
so parking spaces of more than one can be plowed out efficiently.
If you are able, please clear off your vehicle and start your engine so
that when it is time to relocate your vehicle to another location in the court
or in a cut out on Morgandale Drive, you can quickly do so. In driving
through the site as recently as last night, many vehicles still have not been
cleared off or moved, thus making it impossible for maintenance to clear nearby
parking spots.
If you
observe any area today that needs additional treatment, please contact us here
in the Management Office. We are fine tuning as much as possible so that
when the next storm arrives, expected to arrive overnight Saturday into Sunday
and possibly through Monday, we are as prepared as possible. We will give
you snow predictions when we receive them, likely later on Thursday or on
Friday.
Thank
you, Carol V. Richard, CMCA, AMS, PCAM
