Winter Storm Cleanup

1/28/2026

Good Morning Morgandale Homeowners
and Residents,

As you know, almost all areas of the
Delaware Valley are continuing with snow clean up procedures.  We have had
the good fortune for two snow relocating support from Macadam Company since 7
am Monday morning.  This two man crew has continued to relocate mountains
of snow throughout Morgandale however today is their last day on site.  We
also have had some support from Clarke's Landscaping with snow relocation as
well.

Due to the breakdown of a plow on
Sunday of one of the Morgandale trucks, only two of our trucks were clearing
courts as much as possible however with the deep snow accumulation the trucks
had limitations.   The heavy snow relocation equipment enabled our trucks
to return to courts to start clearing parking spaces.   Although the
majority of homeowners and residents did relocate their vehicles when parking
space clearing was occurring, on my inspection this morning, many many vehicles
in courts and also in cut out parking areas have not moved at all.

If you have a vehicle that has not
moved, please move it this morning.  If you know anyone who has parked in
the cut out lots without clearing or moving their vehicles please let them know
or call me in the office at 215-368-6350.

Today, our maintenance staff will
continue to focus on sidewalks, trash enclosures and mail box clusters.
As the temperatures are diving even further tomorrow and Friday, today is the
day to complete this work.  We regret our V Plow cannot move snow this
deep therefore our walking paths and the path in front of Morgandale cannot be
addressed at this time.  We know this is very inconvenient for our dog
walkers and we apologize.

We are profoundly thankful for the
massive messages of support we have received from our homeowners and residents.
These words are very much appreciated.  We also thank our generous
friends who have provided lunch, snacks and beverages to our staff during these
days when breaks are at a premium.   Thank you so very much.

If you need something, rather than
post it on TownSq,  please call the office at 215-368-6350 and ask for
Marilyn or me.

Sincerely,

Carol
