Morgandale Homeowners and Residents,
Macadam
continued to clear areas around fire hydrants today, again we cannot thank them
enough for saving us big time with their efforts.
Matt, Ben
and homeowner Bob, shoveled trash enclosures, mailbox clusters and sidewalks
today. We are not done yet however we made tremendous headway.
Two things
please, we do not have the manpower at this time to hand salt sidewalks and
lead walks. Please pick up ice melt at the clubhouse for your own
personal use.
Also, the
mounds of snow are very high, this is unavoidable due to the amount of snow and
limited accessibility to grass without affecting sidewalks and bike sheds.
Please drive accordingly by slowly peeking out before you exit onto Morgandale
Drive, Kilberry, Edwards and Dillon. Also use caution when entering your
courts for outgoing traffic as well.
We continue
to thank you for your support and kind words, which are being shared with the
staff constantly. Those words mean everything!
