Afternoon Morgandale Homeowners and Residents,
Today we are
in the process of working through clearing lead walks to your front doors and
clearing a path on the main sidewalks. Additionally, we wish to thank
those of you who were unable to relocate your vehicles sooner for doing so
today. We are sending our in-house staff to clear those parking spaces as
soon as they are identified.
A full
additional inspection of all courts will occur tomorrow morning.
Please know
a few things from the Management Office, first and foremost we are making notes
of procedures that worked well and those that needed to be modified for the
situation we faced. As you know, in addition to the snow we also had
freezing temperatures that did not cooperate with thawing, although thawing and
refreezing is always a concern. I asked a rock star to visit the site
this morning, Michael Bossert, and he gave us very good marks! He did
give us some insight into blocking off areas with cones to assist with placing
high volumes of snow. Who knew and thank you Michael!
Again, to
our devoted walkers and dog walkers we sincerely regret our last task will be
these areas. We sincerely apologize.
Macadam left
their two huge monster vehicles in the parking lot until next week. Brad
from Macadam told me they were our 'insurance policy' that we would
not need them for additional snow, at least this coming weekend. We will
take all the insurance we can get!
Our thanks
