Good Morning Morgandale Homeowners
and Residents,
As a result of the extremely cold
temperatures we have had over many weeks, the ground under the concrete is
frozen solid and is creating lifting of concrete in many areas. Until a
full thaw occurs this Spring, the concrete will not settle back to its normal
location. We ask that you use extreme caution when walking on concrete
sidewalks through the community. The expansion material (the black
strips) that surround the concrete are also lifting as well. We care
about all of you so very much and we do not want you to trip. Brad and I
both experienced tripping events this morning ourselves and we are well aware
of the heaving of the concrete. Please be careful. If you have any
