Morgandale Homeowners and Residents,
We have been advised and have
observed ourselves of a significant lapse in dog owners picking up solid pet
waste not only on the ground but also on sidewalks and on streets! We
realize the ice-covered snow has not been conducive to walking one's dog as you
normally would however bags should be in your pockets at all times, no
matter what. Bending down and picking up solid pet waste is required
regardless of weather conditions. Additionally, allowing your dog to
relieve itself on a sidewalk or on the street means it will absolutely be
something an unsuspecting resident will walk on and track potentially into
their homes and elsewhere.
We will be identifying individuals
who are not picking up solid pet waste and there could be violations and fines
associated here. Please do not put us in this situation, please pick up
after your dog.
