Morgandale Homeowners, 

Please find
attached a copy of the election mailing, which will be delivered to your homes
tomorrow.  We are short staffed today due
to illness, however we promised you these documents today.  Our investor owner's documents were mailed on
Friday therefore they should also receive this information today as well. 

Again, you
will receive paper copies of this mailing at your homes tomorrow when we are
fully staffed.  Please keep in mind these
documents are procedural in nature.  You
do not need to respond, unless you want to be a candidate for this upcoming
election.
