We hope this message finds you well
on this rainy morning! We here in the management office often receive
calls and messages from homeowners and residents who struggle with parking
issues. It basically comes down to common consideration of one's
neighbors. Yes, in some courts assigned parking has been developed
however even in those courts, residents take advantage of parking multiple
vehicles in the same location rather than utilizing the guest parking spots,
cut out parking areas or another nearby court. We are addressing these
issues specifically with the individuals who are known to us however we ask
please use consideration and courtesy when parking your vehicles. Often
a disabled vehicle is left in a court for a significant period of time, causing
Management to take measures to remove those vehicles. If you have any
parking concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me directly in the
Management Office and I will make every effort possible to assist you.
