Afternoon Morgandale Homeowners and Residents, 

Over the weekend and again today
homeowners have contacted Management indicating there are individuals going
court to court, door to door soliciting.  Please be reminded, soliciting
of any kind is not permitted in Morgandale.  If you receive a flyer or
other identification, please provide it to Management so that we can follow up
appropriately.   If you speak to these individuals, please share with them
soliciting is not permitted; however, do not put yourself in harm's way.
