Morgandale Homeowners!
Please be
reminded we need your vote to achieve a quorum of 112 homeowners in good
standing to proceed with the Council Election on Tuesday April 7, 2026.
For your convenience, the voting package is attached to this message.
If you are
not attending the meeting but wish to vote, complete the PROXY only. You can
choose to select your candidate or assign our Vice President, Marianne Natali
to vote for you. If you are attending the meeting, hold your BALLOT and
bring it with you to the meeting. The meeting starts at 6:00 pm on
Tuesday April 7, 2026 and is held in the Clubhouse.
